Miranda Ayim is a three-time Olympian, Tokyo 2020 Opening Ceremony Co-Flagbearer for Team Canada, and the founder of Cultivate Co., a community and lifestyle brand empowering ambitious individuals to achieve their goals with clarity, confidence, and calm.

With over two decades of experience in high-performance environments, Miranda knows what it takes to pursue ambitious goals while navigating the pressures, sacrifices, and challenges that come with them.
